I'm 100% an RN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yay!!!! no more books, no more practice tests, no more studying!!!!!... for now at least. Goodness, it's been such a long time since I last blogged. I was surprised that I actually remembered the website and the password to get back into this blog site. So I guess I'll just post up a quick summary of my life thus far...

Well, I no longer live in southern California... I'm a central californian now... It's a bit weird b/c the lifestyle here is very different. ---very mellow.... and it's yellow....hehehehe--- anyway, there's lots of agriculture here, similar to back home-there's quite a few cows up here too. In fact, there's more cows here than there are people. There's lots of mexican restaurants and... there's a krispy creme, costco, cold stone!!!!! it's actually civilized up here. yeah, it's really not that bad up here, it's just the weather is horrible. I guess we moved up here during the start of a heat wave, but it's slowly cooling down. it's now to the 99's.

Brian and I moved up here about a month ago and during that time, I've just been working, studying and sleeping. I haven't had the chance to really explore this place yet so I don't really know anybody yet. It's a little different... don't get me wrong, this place is pleasant, the people are nice, the living is inexpensive, the living conditions are great... but this isn't home. My home is still in Chino Hills/Irvine/LA.... with my family and friends.

Anyhoo, Brian is busy with work, and I'm still busy at work minus the studying.... We're real adults now! it's still weird. I had to fill out insurance forms and medical stuff, and taxes... goodness... oh well, it's not that bad... i just miss the carefree days of interpretive dances at 2 in the morning, and midnight runs to jack in the box, and random earth angel visits...

Living up here makes me realize how blessed I am. I mean, ever since I moved, I have really made an effort to not take things for granted. The more I realize how fortunate I am to have such a loving and supportive family. Every time I go home, I just want to be with my family and hug them and let them know how much they mean to me... And my friends, gosh how I miss you all sooo much. I really really miss you guys. I've been telling you this before, but I REALLY mean it. I am so blessed to have you guys in my life.

take care, and blog ya later
